The ECOSOFT Titanium Azure 300 water softener is designed for detached homes with high demand. It removes the limescale (hardness) that clogs pipes, water heaters and household appliances, delivering soft water that is gentler on skin and saves energy and cleaning products. It relies on a food-grade ion-exchange resin and a Clack® CE control valve, ensuring reliability and long service life.

How it works

Hard water flows through the resin bed, which captures calcium and magnesium ions and exchanges them for sodium: the water leaves softened. When the resin is saturated, the valve automatically starts a brine regeneration (water + salt), volume-controlled to use only the salt and water strictly required.

Installation & maintenance

The unit is fitted on the main water supply, after the meter, with a by-pass allowing isolation for servicing. Commissioning consists of setting the inlet hardness and the regeneration time; maintenance is limited to refilling salt and a periodic check.
