Blue 1/4" NSF certified tubing, 300 m roll
Blue 1/4" NSF tubing is the reference line for connecting water treatment equipment. Manufactured from food-grade polyethylene, it carries water without imparting taste or odour, in line with the sanitary requirements applicable to drinking water. Its blue colour makes treated-water lines instantly identifiable on multi-circuit installations.
Packaging designed for installers
The 300-metre roll lowers the cost per metre and prevents run-outs mid-job. The tubing unwinds with minimal coil memory, cuts cleanly and keeps its round section, an essential condition for a leak-free push-fit connection.
Compatibility and applications
This 1/4" tubing pushes straight into standard 1/4" quick-connect fittings (John Guest type and equivalents), with no glue and no special tooling. Typical uses include:
- domestic and professional reverse osmosis systems
- water coolers and drinking fountains
- coffee machines and beverage dispensers
- American-style fridges with water and ice dispensers
- dosing lines and softener bypass circuits
Installation tips
Cut the tubing square using a proper tube cutter to obtain a clean section, then push it fully into the fitting up to the stop. Avoid tight bend radii close to fittings and protect the tubing from prolonged UV exposure and heat sources.
