Titanium Water Softener (Ecosoft) – Azure and Gold versions

The Titanium range

The Titanium range (Ecosoft) is a family of all-in-one (monobloc) water softeners — compact and modern, assembled in Belgium by DIMM. All are driven by the Ecosoft CE volumetric valve and come in two versions depending on the water to be treated:

• Titanium Azure – classic softening of mains water, on Ecolite Ultrasoft ion-exchange resin (turquoise lid).
• Titanium Gold – treatment of difficult / well water on the multifunction media ECOMIX® C (orange lid).

Titanium Azure — softening mains water

The Azure version is the best-in-class for domestic softening: up to 3 m³/h, one of the highest flow rates on the market in a compact format. Its Ecolite Ultrasoft resin removes limescale and protects the plumbing, hot water system and appliances. Ideal for domestic use, apartments and single-family homes on the mains.

Titanium Gold — difficult water and well water

The Gold version is a high-flow filter for treating difficult water at home. Its multifunction ECOMIX® C media reduces, in a single pass, hardness, iron, manganese, organic matter and ammonium, even with strong seasonal variations — making it the go-to solution for well and borehole water.

The Ecosoft CE control valve

Common to both versions, the Ecosoft CE valve (precise volumetric flow control) offers:

• Multilingual menu (EN, DE, FR, NL, IT, PL, UA)
• User-friendly automatic settings
• Integrated blending valve – adjustable residual hardness (recommended target: 5 °f)
• Backlit screen and option to add the distributor's details

• Salt reserve up to 117 kg – about 9 months between refills
• Smart overflow location – space saving and mechanical protection
• Delivered complete – assembled softener, power adapter, 3/4" valve connection kit, drain and overflow hoses, drain fitting, siphon

Azure or Gold: which version?

The choice depends first on the nature of the water: Azure for mains water where limescale must be removed; Gold for well / borehole water or difficult water loaded with iron, manganese, organic matter or ammonium. Size (resin / flow) is then set by combining consumption and hardness: see our method in How to size a water softener: the 5-step method. The DIMM team will pre-size the unit with you.

Installation and maintenance

The Titanium is installed on the main water inlet, downstream of the meter, with the supplied connection kit; provide a power supply and a drain for regeneration water. Maintenance is minimal: check the salt level, verify the residual hardness once or twice a year and schedule a periodic valve service. DIMM ensures the availability of spare parts and technical support.
