The BNT-7650F valve

Regeneration modes
- Calendar clock — regeneration scheduled at fixed intervals (daily, every 2 days, etc.)
- Immediate meter — regeneration triggered as soon as resin capacity is depleted
- Delayed meter — regeneration triggered at a programmed time after capacity depletion
- Priority meter — intelligent combination that triggers regeneration at the most opportune moment
The regeneration type is downflow, ensuring effective resin washing.

Installation and connection
The Ideal is designed for quick, straightforward installation by any qualified plumber. The integrated bypass with quick connectors greatly simplifies the plumbing work.
Installation steps
- Position the softener close to the main water inlet, on a flat and stable surface, protected from frost
- Connect the water inlet and outlet via the integrated bypass, using mandatory flexible hoses
- Connect the drain hose to a regulatory siphon (mandatory under applicable standards)
- Plug in the power supply (transformer provided — 12 V AC output)
- Fill the brine tank with tablet salt (regeneration salt)
- Program the unit: operating mode, resin capacity and cycle times
- Run an initial regeneration cycle to commission the resin
- Adjust the mixing valve to achieve the desired residual hardness
Regulatory requirement — A non-return valve must be installed upstream of the softener, in accordance with applicable regulations, to prevent treated water from flowing back into the public supply network.
Routine maintenance
The Ideal softener is designed to operate autonomously with minimal upkeep. The removable cover greatly facilitates routine operations.
- Salt level — Check the level in the tank regularly and top up with tablet salt
- Brine tank cleaning — Drain and clean the brine tank once a year to remove deposits
