Scale treatment with nothing to plug in or refill

The SAAS is fitted to the pipe and it works. No electrical supply, no salt tank, no cartridge, no refill, no sewer discharge. Once installed, there is nothing to do for years.

This is the fundamental difference from a water softener: whereas a softener requires salt, regeneration water, a power outlet and regular maintenance, the SAAS is a passive component that you forget about.

How it works

The device body is machined in turbine form, with opposing internal and external nozzles. Water strikes directly the surface of the patented polarised alloy, which triggers the release of a micro-current.

This micro-current acts on dissolved calcium salts: instead of crystallising into scale adhering to walls, pipes and heating elements, they remain in suspension and are carried away with the water.

The manufacturer also states that the effect persists for approximately 72 hours after water passes through the device, the treatment continues to work downstream of the installation point.

Anti-corrosion protection included

The process generates an ionic coupling deposit on the internal walls of the pipes. This layer protects the metal from corrosion, a benefit that goes beyond scale alone, particularly on older or mixed installations.

What the manufacturer states

According to manufacturer data, the SAAS reduces scale formation by 87 % and provides a 99 % bacteriostatic effect against bacteria and algae. The product is declared certified CDC, NSF, SGS and ICAS.

A service life of 10 years

Body in stainless steel 304, with no moving parts or consumables. The manufacturer states a service life of 10 years without maintenance.

Over this period, there is no salt to buy, no cartridge to change, no water lost in regeneration, no electrical consumption. For an installer, it is a single installation with no return visit planned, and for the end customer, zero operating cost.

3/4" version, typical applications

This 3/4" model is the standard version of the ionic polarisation system, sized for a typical residential connection or individual equipment.
