This industrial water softener is designed for industry, tertiary sector and collective housing. It is based on two columns mounted in parallel and two Clack WS1 1/4" volumetric valves. By reducing water hardness, it protects heat exchangers, boilers, cooling towers, laundries and process lines against scale formation.

Duplex parallel configuration

The two columns are mounted in parallel. Volumetric control triggers salt regeneration based on actual consumption, not at fixed times, to use only the salt and water needed.

The unit connects to the main water inlet, after the meter, with an isolation by-pass for maintenance. Commissioning involves setting the inlet hardness, treated volume and regeneration cycles. Routine maintenance is limited to refilling salt tanks and periodic checks of outlet hardness. DIMM handles assembly, commissioning, spare parts availability and technical support.

Salt and consumables

The water softener operates with regeneration salt in pellet form, to be maintained in the salt tanks. Depending on hardness and flow rate, plan for appropriate refilling and periodic resin cleaner.
