CLACK industrial duplex alternating water softener — 2 × 175 L resin

This industrial water softener is designed for industry, tertiary sector and collective housing. It is based on two independent columns operating in alternation for continuous soft water and a Clack WS1 1/4" valve, the worldwide reference for regeneration valves, recognised for its robustness and longevity. By removing hardness (limescale), it protects heat exchangers, boilers, cooling towers, laundries and processes against scaling, secures energy efficiency and reduces maintenance costs.

Two independent columns operating in alternation for continuous soft water: one column treats while the other regenerates: maximum flow and availability. Volumetric control triggers salt regeneration according to actual consumption, using only the salt and water needed.

Why soften water in professional environments?

Installation & maintenance

The unit connects to the main water inlet, after the meter, with an isolation bypass for maintenance. Commissioning consists of setting the inlet hardness, treated volume and regeneration cycles. Routine maintenance is limited to filling the salt tank and periodic checks of outlet hardness. DIMM handles assembly, commissioning, spare parts availability and technical support throughout the installation's lifespan.

Salt & consumables
