Hose stainless ACS male-female 600 mm DIMM, ref. DIMFLEX-84MF-600-INOX-ACS

Overview

DIMFLEX DIMM connection hose (ref. DIMFLEX-84MF-600-INOX-ACS) with stainless braid and EPDM core, ACS-approved for drinking-water contact. Length 600 mm. It links a water-treatment appliance (softener, vessel filter, RO) or a draw-off point to the network tightly and removably, absorbing slight pipe misalignment.

Role & benefits

The hose replaces a rigid connection that is hard to align: it eases fitting and removal of the appliance for maintenance, reduces vibration and noise transmission, and compensates assembly tolerances. Its braid withstands working pressure and corrosion, for a durable, safe link in domestic and tertiary installations.

Materials & compliance

EPDM core (or PF Plutone) suitable for food contact, corrosion-resistant stainless braid, brass/stainless nuts and end fittings. ACS approval ensures suitability for drinking-water contact. The fittings (male/female, straight or elbow, swivel nut) seal with a flat gasket.

Dimensions & compatibility

Type: male-female. Length: 600 mm. Check the match of threads (20×27 for 3/4", 26×34 for 1"…) and length with the valve and network. Elbow versions ease connections in tight spaces; extensible models adapt to a length range.

Installation & maintenance

Fit the hose without twisting or tension, position the gaskets, tighten the nuts hand-tight then a quarter-turn with a spanner. Pressurise and check for leaks. Do not exceed the minimum bend radius. Replace any hose showing corrosion, swelling or seepage to preserve the installation's tightness.

Savings & ecology

A reliable, removable connection prevents leaks, water loss and repeated call-outs. The hose eases appliance maintenance without dismantling the fixed pipe, extends the installation's life and is replaced on its own when needed. Durable materials (stainless/PF braid, EPDM ACS) limit replacements, for an economical and frugal solution.

Choosing right

To choose well, identify the connection diameter (3/4", 1", 1"1/4, 1"1/2), the end type (male/female, straight or elbow) and the required length, plus the ACS approval for drinking water. A hose too short is under tension and leaks; too long, it kinks. If unsure, the DIMM team points you to the right reference for your valve and network.

Key specifications

DIMM service & support

DIMM designs and distributes the DIMFLEX connection-hose range (stainless-braided and PF Plutone, ACS-approved) in many diameters, lengths and end types, straight or elbow, as well as extensible versions. Our teams advise on choosing the right hose for your valve, appliance and network. Every item is identified by its article code for reliable ordering and easy re-supply, with manufacturer's warranty and immediately available stock. Whether you replace a single hose or equip a whole installation, we help you choose the right model, length and end fittings for a leak-free, durable connection.

Good to know

Allow some length reserve for maintenance but avoid excess that causes tight bends. Check tightness and the absence of leaks after filling, then once a year. Keep the exact reference (diameter, ends, length) for quick re-supply, and replace any old or corroded hose preventively.

Applications

DIMFLEX hoses connect softeners, vessel filters, RO units, iron-removal stations and taps, at new installation and replacement, for homeowners and professionals. Straight or elbow, from 3/4" to 1"1/2, they cover nearly all links found in domestic and tertiary water treatment.
