Everpure, the professional standard

Everpure is not a consumer brand found in kitchens by chance. It is the equipment installed behind professional coffee machines, ice makers, water fountains and steam ovens worldwide. Equipment manufacturers themselves recommend it.

The PBS-400 is the entry-level point-of-use model: the same manufacturing standard, in a compact format.

0.5 micron filtration

The filter cartridge filters at 0.5 micron. At this fineness, it retains fine particles, sediments and fibres, and above all parasitic cysts such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia, which coarser filters allow to pass through.

Activated carbon removes chlorine, tastes and odours. Water becomes neutral: coffee regains its aromas, ice cubes are clear and tasteless, drinking water is pleasant.

Integrated scale inhibition

The system inhibits scale formation. In practice: the heating elements of coffee machines and ovens scale up more slowly, breakdowns and descaling operations are spaced further apart. On a fleet of professional equipment, this is where the filter pays for itself.

Cartridge change in 30 seconds

This is the Everpure signature. The head remains in place on its support, only the cartridge is replaced: a quarter turn, the old one comes out, the new one goes in.

No bowl to unscrew, no water spilled, no contact with the filter media. The circuit remains closed, therefore clean and hygienic. A replacement is carried out without tools, without disassembly and without soiling the premises, a real time saving for those managing multiple sites.
