Siata 132 Bi-Bloc water softener — 14 L resin

The Siata 132 Bi-Bloc softener is a bi-block (bottle and brine tank separate) model for apartments and single-family homes. It removes the limescale that scales up the water heater, pipes and appliances, for soft water that is gentler on skin, hair and laundry, and saves energy and cleaning products. It combines a food-grade ion-exchange resin with a Siata 132 valve electronic with volumetric control.

How it works

Hard water flows through the resin bed, which captures calcium and magnesium and exchanges them for sodium: the water leaves softened. When the resin is saturated, the valve automatically starts a brine regeneration (water + salt), volume-controlled to use only what is required.

The unit is fitted on the main water supply, after the meter, with a by-pass allowing isolation for servicing. Choosing the right capacity

The right resin volume depends on your water hardness (°f) and household size. An undersized model regenerates too often; a well-chosen one spaces out regenerations and optimises salt use. If in doubt, our technicians help you select the capacity best suited to your installation and consumption.
