Vergrendelclip PR-CK-400
Veiligheidsclip voor het Aquapro membraanhuis MH-3012-400. Hij schuift over de aansluiting en blokkeert de klemring in vergrendelde stand.
Waarvoor hij dient
Bij een snelkoppeling houdt de klemring de buis vast zolang er niet op wordt gedrukt. De clip belet elke onbedoelde druk op die ring, trilling, stoot, blinde manipulatie in een kast.
Bij een membraanhuis is de inzet concreet: de leiding staat permanent onder druk. Een buis die losschiet, betekent een doorlopend lek tot iemand het water afsluit. De clip kost enkele centen en voorkomt dat scenario.
Hij dient ook als visuele controle: clip aanwezig = verbinding vergrendeld en nagekeken.
Montage
Duw de buis tot de aanslag in en schuif de clip tussen de ring en het koppelinglichaam. Demonteren: eerst de clip verwijderen, pas daarna op de ring duwen.
Controleer de compatibiliteit met het model MH-3012-400 vóór bestelling, clips zijn specifiek per diameter en koppelingstype.
