Overview
This straight Clack connector is designed for control valves in the WS1 series, which equip many softeners and filters. It provides the connection between the valve and the pipework, on both inlet and outlet.

Noryl
Noryl is a technical polymer widely used in water treatment. It does not corrode, withstands prolonged contact with softened water and brine, and maintains dimensional stability over time. It is suitable for domestic and commercial cold water installations.
BSPT thread
BSPT thread is tapered: sealing is achieved on the thread, using a sealant suitable for plastic connectors, such as PTFE tape. Do not confuse it with a cylindrical BSPP thread, which achieves sealing via a seal.
Installation
The connector is fitted to the inlet or outlet of the WS1 valve, then connected to the pipework or bypass. Tighten moderately: on a plastic connector, excessive tightening may damage the thread. Observe the flow direction indicated on the valve.
