DIN 9021 M5 washer — zinc plated steel 140 HV
Flat washer to DIN 9021, for M5 screws and bolts. Its enlarged outside diameter — noticeably larger than a standard DIN 125 washer — spreads the clamping load over a wider area.
Use it whenever the substrate is soft (wood, plastic, thin sheet metal, insulation) or the hole is oversized or slotted: the washer stops the screw head from sinking in or pulling through.
Zinc plated steel for indoor corrosion protection, hardness 140 HV.
