PVDF offers excellent chemical resistance to aggressive acids, bases and solvents, good temperature resistance and high purity: ideal for corrosive fluids and industrial processes.
Assembly & sealing
Barb fittings receive a flexible tube pushed onto the barb and secured with a clamp; push-in fittings assemble by simply inserting the tube, no tools. Threaded versions (BSP / NPT) assemble with PTFE tape or a seal. Check compatibility of tube diameter, working pressure and temperature with the chosen material, then check for leaks under pressure.
