Specifications

Material: polypropylène (PP)

Polypropylene (PP) combines good chemical resistance and light weight with a controlled cost: a versatile choice for water and non-aggressive fluid transfer.

Assembly & sealing

Barb fittings receive a flexible tube pushed onto the barb and secured with a clamp; push-in fittings assemble by simply inserting the tube, no tools. Threaded versions (BSP / NPT) assemble with PTFE tape or a seal. Check compatibility of tube diameter, working pressure and temperature with the chosen material, then check for leaks under pressure.

The Tefen range

Tefen designs a full range of technical plastic fittings (PVDF, polypropylene, acetal, nylon) for fluid and compressed-air transfer: barb connectors, male and female threaded fittings (BSP/NPT), elbows, tees, crosses, unions, reducers, nipples, plugs, nuts, adapters, push-in fittings and valves. Light, corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free components, selected and distributed by DIMM.

Distributed by DIMM, a water-treatment specialist for professionals in Belgium and France. Tefen brand.
