No more calling to find out where an order stands. In My account, the MarketPlace brings together your current orders, your history and your quotes, with their up-to-date status.
The dashboard
As soon as My account opens, the dashboard shows your current orders, your latest orders and your account information.
My orders: the status, step by step
Each order shows its status in real time, from Submitted to Delivered, through the preparation and shipping steps. Each line offers three actions:
- Detail: the items, addresses, amounts and payment method.
- PDF: the order form to save or print.
- Reorder: puts the same items back in your cart.
If our orders department has adjusted your order (item replaced, addition), the detail states it clearly.
My quotes
Your current quotes, with the time left on them, and your archived quotes. One click converts them into a cart.
And the invoices?
The My invoices tab is coming soon. In the meantime, your invoices are still sent to you by our accounts department, as usual.
The DIMM tip
For an identical restock, open your last order and click Reorder: all that is left is to adjust the quantities.
