The DIMM MarketPlace Pro is reserved for professionals. If you are not yet a customer, your account-opening request is done entirely online, including the terms and conditions signed on screen.
Where to apply
At the top right of the MarketPlace, click Pro login, then Request a professional account. The form fits on a single page.
What you are asked for
- Your company: legal name, activity, VAT number, address and country.
- Your contact: name, professional email, phone, and the language in which you want to deal with us.
- Your preferred payment terms: SEPA direct debit at 30 days, card or bank transfer. For SEPA, the mandate is completed and signed on screen.
- Our terms and conditions: you read them to the end, in French, Dutch or English, then sign them on screen.
And then?
- You immediately receive an acknowledgement with your request number, in your language.
- A second email asks you to confirm your address: one click is enough.
- Our teams check your company and set your terms: price list, payment method.
- You receive the welcome email with a Create my password button, a personal link valid for 7 days.
From your first sign-in, your net prices excl. VAT show across the whole catalogue and you can order.
Already a DIMM customer?
No new request needed: you keep the username and password you used to order on our digital catalogues. Forgotten or never created your password? The Forgot password link on the sign-in window sends you one by email.
The DIMM tip
Is something wrong in your summary? Reply directly to the acknowledgement before validation: the correction is far simpler at this stage.
Good to know
Your final payment terms are set with our sales department. A new customer's first order is paid at the time of ordering.
