One question, one answer with references
Jacques is reachable from the AI Jacques button, bottom right of every MarketPlace page. You write as you would speak to a technician: "Do you have cartridges compatible with a 20-inch Big Blue?", "Which membrane for a 75 GPD RO unit?". Jacques searches the published sheets and answers with the matching DIMM references, each one clickable to open the product sheet.
When the question needs details, he asks for them: flow to treat, available space, type of filtration sought. The conversation continues in the same thread, you refine until you find the right item.
He tells you how sure his answer is
Every answer starts with a reliability marker. That is what sets Jacques apart from a plain chatbot: he does not pretend to know.
- Confirmed by the catalogue (green dot): the information appears as such in our sheets;
- To be checked, partial answer (yellow dot): the answer is inferred or cross-checked from several sheets;
- Information not found (red dot): the catalogue cannot answer, so Jacques points you to our teams.
What Jacques knows, and what he does not claim to know
Jacques relies on the MarketPlace published catalogue: descriptions, specifications, brands, availability shown on the sheet (available, limited stock, on order). He answers in French, Dutch or English, in the language of your question.
- Prices: once signed in to your pro account, Jacques can quote your net prices excl. VAT, as shown in the catalogue. Signed out, he has none and invites you to sign in. He never invents a price.
- Stock and lead times: he repeats the status shown on the sheet, without a figure or a firm lead time. For a precise lead time, our teams answer you.

The DIMM tip
Give Jacques the context you would give a colleague: housing size, flow, water hardness in °f, brand of the existing device. The more precise the question, the more the answer will be confirmed by the catalogue.
