Call-back and guided mode: your DIMM sales rep by your side

Ordering online does not mean ordering alone. On the MarketPlace Pro, you ask to be called back in two clicks, and during the call your sales rep can open your cart to prepare it with you, live.

Contact, next to the catalogue and in the cart

On the MarketPlace home page as well as in your cart, a Need help ordering or finalising your order? box connects you with your sales rep, named when one is assigned to you, or otherwise with our sales department. Two options:

• Call directly: the number shows and dials in one tap from a phone;
• Be called back: you leave your number and, if you wish, a word on your need.

Your sales rep receives the request by email and by a notification on their screen. The request also carries the context: the step you are at and the items already in your cart. When they call you back, they already know what you are talking about.

Guided mode: the same cart, on both sides

During the call, your sales rep can open the MarketPlace on your account, with your prices and your terms. They add items, adjust quantities, suggest an alternative: your cart updates before your eyes in a few seconds. And if you add an item yourself, they see it too.

Clear safeguards

Guided mode is designed to help you, never to act in your place:

• they cannot place the order, nor save a quote in your name;
• they do not touch your account: password, delivery addresses, favourites and subscriptions stay in your hands;
• access is secured: only a DIMM staff member signed in with their personal verification code can open it, and a rep can only assist their own customers;
• it stops on its own after 30 minutes without action, or as soon as your rep ends it.
