Personal access, the company's terms
Each team member signs in with their own email and password. They see your company's net prices, your delivery addresses and your payment terms: nothing to re-enter, everyone works on the same customer account.
Two permission levels
- Can order: the member builds their cart and confirms the order themselves.
- View only: they build the cart and save it as a quote. An authorised person then converts it into an order.
A copy of every order is sent to the company's main email address: you keep the overview, whoever placed the order.

Give the View only right to your technicians. They prepare their needs through the week, and you group the quotes into a single order to reach free shipping sooner.
