Industriële Aquapro omgekeerde-osmose-unit voor professionals, compleet en montageklaar geleverd. Produceert tot 8500 liter/dag osmosewater (2000 GPD) en demineraliseert het water door het onder druk door semipermeabele membranen te persen die opgeloste zouten, nitraten, kalk, bacteriën en microverontreinigingen tegenhouden. Configuratie: châssis inox 304, 3 pré-filtres, porte-membrane FB4040, prise de terre, contrôle qualité.

Uitrusting & werking
De industriële Aquapro-units bevatten voorfiltratie (sediment + actieve kool), membraanhouders, hogedrukpomp, manometers en debietmeters (permeaat en concentraat), automatische membraanspoeling (auto-flush), inlaat- en spoelmagneetventiel, drukschakelaar en regelklep. De recycling-modellen (W-ER) met CCT-7320-besturing optimaliseren de recuperatiegraad en de bewaking.
Installatie & onderhoud
Professioneel toestel aan te sluiten op voorbehandeld water; voorzie een afvoer voor het concentraat. Periodieke vervanging van de voorfilterpatronen en membranen waarborgt kwaliteit en debiet. DIMM zorgt voor advies, dimensionering en onderhoudsonderdelen.
