Industrial Aquapro reverse-osmosis system for professionals, delivered complete and ready to install. It produces up to 25550 litres/day of osmosed water (4500 GPD), demineralising water by forcing it under pressure through semi-permeable membranes that retain dissolved salts, nitrates, limescale, bacteria and micro-pollutants. Configuration: large boîtier IP, CCT-7320, recyclage, pré-filtres Big Blue 20" ×2, porte-membranes FB4040 ×3.

Equipment & operation

Aquapro industrial systems include pre-filtration (sediment + activated carbon), membrane housings, high-pressure pump, pressure gauges and flow meters (permeate and concentrate), automatic membrane flushing (auto-flush), inlet and flush solenoid valves, pressure switch and regulating valve. Recycling models (W-ER) with CCT-7320 controller optimise recovery rate and monitoring.

Installation & maintenance

Professional unit to be connected to a pre-treated water supply; provide a drain for the concentrate. Periodic replacement of pre-filter cartridges and membranes ensures quality and flow. DIMM provides advice, sizing and maintenance parts.
