An installer rarely delivers to the same place twice in a row. The MarketPlace keeps all your delivery addresses, with the on-site contact and the instructions for the driver, and lets you choose pickup at our depot.
As many addresses as sites
In My account > My addresses, click Add an address and fill in:
- a label that means something to you ("Lille school site", "Namur depot");
- the address and country;
- if useful, the on-site contact, their phone and information for the driver (hours, dock, access).
Each address can be edited, deleted or set as default: that is the one offered first in the cart. You can also add one directly during the order.
Pickup on site
Prefer to collect your order? Choose Pickup on site in the cart: no transport cost. The date from which your order is ready is shown; come to our Poperinge depot with your order number.
Transport and free shipping
To optimise each shipment, our teams calculate transport after your order is validated and tell you afterwards. Above the free-shipping threshold, delivery is free: the cart gauge shows the amount left. Softener salt, heavy for its value, does not count in this calculation.
The DIMM tip
Fill in the on-site contact's phone for each site. The driver calls them directly if needed, and you are no longer disturbed to explain access.
Good to know
The billing address comes from your customer record and cannot be changed online: contact your DIMM sales rep. For a delivery to the French overseas territories, choose "France" and enter the postal code (971 to 988).
