Consumable subscriptions: automatic restocking on the MarketPlace Pro

Some orders come back on a fixed date. On the MarketPlace Pro, you can subscribe to a consumable: choose the quantity and frequency, the order goes out on its own. You are notified five days before each shipment, and you stay in control.

Subscribe from the product sheet

On a consumable's sheet, such as a cartridge, a Subscription, receive it automatically block appears below the price. You set the quantity per shipment, the frequency (every month, every 3 months or every 6 months), and click "Subscribe". That's all.

What happens at each due date

1. Five days before: an email · it recalls the item, the quantity and the day's amount. A "Skip this delivery" button skips this cycle, without signing in and without cancelling the subscription.
2. On the day: the order goes out · it is created like an order you would have placed yourself, with the same confirmation emails.
3. At the day's price and stock · price, availability and address are re-read at each due date. If the item is out of stock, the shipment is postponed to the next cycle.

One rule protects your account: no notice email, no order. If the reminder could not be sent, the due date is pushed back to give you your five days. And if something blocks it (an item withdrawn from the catalogue, a deleted address), the subscription is put on hold and your sales rep is notified: they come back to you, nothing ships blind.

The filter cartridges are the first items concerned: their replacement follows a regular rhythm, easy to anticipate (sediment, carbon block, PP, in-line cartridges).

Everything is managed from "My subscriptions"

In your customer area, the My subscriptions tab lists each subscription with its quantity, frequency and the date of the next shipment. You cancel in one click, at any time. To change the quantity or rhythm, cancel then subscribe again from the sheet with the new settings.
